What this PR does / why we need it:

We now add inline string template support via
go-template:inline:<string>, which allows us to switch to the new
template format for krel changelog.

Which issue(s) this PR fixes:

None

Does this PR introduce a user-facing change?

- Add release notes inline template support (via `go-template:inline:<string>`) to `document.RenderMarkdownTemplate()`

We now add inline string template support via
`go-template:inline:<string>`, which allows us to switch to the new
template format for krel changelog.
