--noshow_progresswill help reduce spam, and also allows me to update the test-infra job to add a--config=ciwithout failing.Once that is in, then I can uncomment the
build:ci --config=remoteto make this do a remote build.Finally this also allows us to validate that the new bazel job is working :)
