Create llms.txt for kubernetes.io

What would you like to be added

The /llms.txt file is currently missing on kubernetes.io.

Why is this needed

This is a markdown file used to "provide LLM-friendly content" by offering "brief background information, guidance, and links to detailed markdown files." While ChatGPT and other AI assistants are already aware of Kubernetes, this is a good opportunity to provide them with the specific principles and ideas behind the project, important resources (including documentation pages), and other information we want.

Currently, llms.txt is not an official standard, but as I can see, it's getting adopted across various software projects, including Cloud Native ones (e.g., I've seen it appearing for Kamaji and Flux CD Enterprise). Perhaps an even more interesting example is this file from Cloudflare docs, which lists numerous articles available for developers.

This issue is currently awaiting triage.

SIG Docs takes a lead on issue triage for this website, but any Kubernetes member can accept issues by applying the triage/accepted label.

The triage/accepted label can be added by org members by writing /triage accepted in a comment.
