blocker is not always defined.

The modal works in chrome and firefox but it won't work in IE with until this error gets resolved. Any ideas?

I can't think of the cause off the top of my head. Could you create a publicly-accessible test case which demonstrates the bug, and also specify which versions of IE are affected? Thanks.

I have similar issue when the target url returns 500 or 404.

To reproduce:

• go to the demo page
• use Firebug to point the ajax example to a non-existent uri
• click the link the first time
• then click that link the second time, and Javascript error will be raised.
