This PR brings Laravel v10 support to Breeze.
I adjusted the install command to fail when it cannot resolve composer dependencies. Previously, this was lost in our CI build and it wasn't clear why Breeze couldn't be installed. Thanks to failing when composer dependencies cannot be resolved, I was able to find out Sanctum needed to be updated.
