Missing CVEs? Only first CVE is shown in the issue.

Hi,

First of, great action! Simple and easy to use.

But when an issue is created, the issue content only contains the first CVE found.
Is this on purpose? I would to have all found CVEs in the issue. ( filtered on score ofcause)

I update this action.
In version v3, this action use trivy command --template option.
The error you said may have been resolved.
