Add automatic alphabetic sort option to topic tree

It would be nice to have a sort function within a topic so a list of content could be easily put in order. I'm building list of book titles and alphabetic listing of titles would be very helpful. I'm doing manual now, but as lists get longer, this will get out of hand.

Apologies that it's taken so long for me to get back to this, @GarvitSinghal47. On Studio's backend, it uses Modified Preorder Tree Traversal (MPTT) for organizing content nodes, aka resources and/or folders, into hierarchical structures, including their ordering. For this reason, when nodes are reordered in Studio, there's a specific process that's involved in order to update its ordering.

First, we should implement the sort capability within the selection tools:

When the button is clicked, it should re-order only the selected nodes. In order to reorder them, this moveContentNodes Vuex action should be called to process the reordering. I suggest your algorithm:

1. determine the final order of the selected resources
2. determine the node, if any, ordered immediately before the first selected node, referred to as node X hereon
3. call moveContentNodes with the ids in expected order but reversed

If there wasn't a node X, then a position of RELATIVE_TREE_POSITIONS.FIRST_CHILD and target of the nodes' parent should be used. Otherwise, it should use RELATIVE_TREE_POSITIONS.RIGHT with the target node X.
