Admin channel list is no longer scrollable after viewing channel details

Observed behavior

When you're an admin and you're viewing the channel list, and you click to preview channel details, then go back to the list, the page is no longer scrollable.

Observe no scrollbar in the screenshot:

Expected behavior

The page is scrollable

User-facing consequences

Requires admins to refresh the page. Workaround is to open previews in new tabs

Okay, thank you @yash1378! This is my last day before few weeks off so I won't be able to follow-up until I am back.
