Unstable - Long text in the bread-crumb navigation

Observed behavior

See the video - longer text is overlapping the menu items on top of the table.

Steps to reproduce the issue

1. Go to https://unstable.studio.learningequality.org/en/accounts/#/ and sign in
2. Open a channel with folders and all of the supported resources
3. Navigate to a folder with a long title
4. Start shrinking the horizontal size of the page

Is it possible for the title to remain on one line and begin truncation to avoid breaking to that second line and overlapping the other content?

Yes this should be possible!

Noting that this is actually a regression from the current version of studio caused by the Icon refactor that happened. Bumping this to critical.
