Unstable - The default sidebar width is too narrow

Observed behavior

When interacting with Studio for the first time in a browser the default width of the resource details sidebar is too narrow. Once properly expanded it functions correctly until I delete the cookies and site data.

Expected behavior

The sidebar should expand to its correct width when first opening it.

Steps to reproduce the issue

1. Clear all cookies and site data
2. Go to https://unstable.studio.learningequality.org/en/accounts/#/ and sign in
3. Open a channel and click the 'View details' option for a folder or resource
