Search recommendations - The 'Give feedback' modal should be reset to the default state after having submitted/canceled it

Observed behavior

The 'Give feedback' modal is not reset to its default state, and keeps showing me the last selection I've made:

Expected behavior

The 'Give feedback' should be reset to the default state after having submitted/canceled it

Steps to reproduce the issue

1. Sign in to Hotfixes with an account with enabled search recommendations
2. Go to a channel and try to import resources from other channels
3. Downvote a recommendation and fill in the feedback form
4. Do the same for a different resource

Usage Details

• OS: Windows 11
• Browser: Chrome, Firefox
