Import from other channels (with search recommendations) - The page doesn't auto scroll to the top

Observed behavior

After clicking on a channel card that's positioned at the lower end of the page, the user is not brought back to the top of the page where the actual content is:

Expected behavior

The page should auto scroll to the top.

Steps to reproduce the issue

1. Sign in to Hotfixes with an account with enabled search recommendations
2. Go to a channel and try to import resources from other channels by browsing for a channel positioned at the lower end of the page
