unnamed prepared statement does not exist ERROR on production/staging servers

We started implementing pgbouncer on our stage and prod nodes and we started seeing pq:unnamed prepared statement does not exist error, it would be great if i can get some help on the same to understand where to fix this.

I see the same issue using aurora serverless PostgreSQL, which has connection pool.
After applying the patch #759, the issue does not occur.

as a workaround I would recommend looking into binary_parameters connection option. with it set to yes the SYNC is not executed after DESCRIBE, so you can use pgbouncer in the transaction pool mode
