Lightning spec is sometimes confusing, the Rust-Lightning is using its own, hopefully non-ambiguous nomenclature (broadcaster/countersignatory, holder/counterparty, ...) and even a wider set for beyond-LN stuff (external signer, distributed channel monitors setup, ...)
