Documentation: Mention Swift's SIL as inspiration

During your MLIR Summit presentation, it was brought up that SIL was an inspiration for the AST based approach in CIR. I think it would be nice to mention it.

SIL was an inspiration in the same way Rust's MIR was, meaning "if it provides benefit for these languages, C++ would benefit from that as well", so not really sure what to mention and where, do you have more a more concrete suggestion?

My idea was to mention it in the Readme with something like "CIR is a MLIR based IR for better C++ analysis which currently shares it's AST based approach with SIL. The current focus is to detect lifetime errors and Undefined Behavior in coroutines, e.g folly::coro "
