[lldb-dap] `breakpoint command add` in the Debug Console fails

If you try to use the debug console in VSCode to add a command to a breakpoint, it fails with the error error: unknown or ambiguous option

It would be useful to support this or have some way of allowing lldb-dap to accept commands with multiple parts.

Its worth note that this is a work around for being able to set the breakpoint commands in VSCode. microsoft/debug-adapter-protocol#84 was filed for that a while ago but at the moment lldb-dap (and VSCode) don't really have a distinction between an 'expression' and 'command'.

The lack of distinction between the two in the 'evaluate' request is also why we have the 'auto-repl' repl mode to try to distinguish between the two, but it comes up in breakpoints as well.
