The RStudio package manager provides binaries for Windows and Linux, so we should probably use it:

This will improve user experience and CI/CD speed. Only drawback: Not on macOs and https://github.com/grantmcdermott/renv-rspm put in
renv/activate.Rseems to get overwritten and we don't want to use.Rprofile.
