Please, add DEPENDS description

I could not compile the proyect until I install some missing packages:
flex, bison, gperf and python-serial
Please, could you add a DEPENDS file (or something like that) where you state these depends?

Thanks for the hint! I had to install libncurses-dev, too.

Running .BUILD.sh -v gives insights when the build process fails.
