Magento_VersionsCms::widgets.css not found

In the file app/code/Magento/Widget/view/frontend/layout/default.xml , the file from the title is referenced but can not be found

This is resolved in pull request #381 — If you merge it into your fork, you'll be able to run the frontend successfully.

Thank you for submitting this issue! As davidalger noted, this was already fixed in pull request #381 and available in version dev#48. We are closing this issue.
