File rename operations not handled properly

When a file is renamed without changes, the GitHub plugin does not capture the operation from the commit.

For example: mantisbt/mantisbt@a91c415 includes lang/strings_eo.txt → lang/strings_esperanto.txt

This (and other) rename operations do not appear on the imported Changeset, while other operations (add, mod, del) are handled properly
