Describe the solution you'd like
I would like to see flashlight (impulse 100) support for the Buggy and ep2 Muscle car
Reason: would be nice for maps that take place in Dark or Night.
Also the Airboat has flashlight support already so it feels inconsistent that its missing.
Describe alternatives you've considered
Their is some partially commented out code already to enable flashlight for buggy already but none for muscle car afaik
Additional context
(Optional) it would be cool if the muscle car had a bigger than normal flashlight more like entropy zero 2's apc though because its less like the airboat / buggy which have similar headlight placement
