Has this change actually been tested with VRAD and VVIS having >2GB of memory? |
Yes also you can compile and check the exe headers for it. I posted about it a while ago in the mapbase discord |

This PR Enables large addresses for Vrad and Vvis since these apps can sometimes use more than 2GB of memory it would be beneficial to give them access to more than 2GB of memory
it might be best just to squash this PR as not to include the revert in the history of develop
