Regression: password placeholders display text in Firefox 3.5

Hi Mathias, regarding your latest version of jquery-placeholder, I made some update to skip password fields which is not supported by some old browsers (e.g. Firefox 3.5 or below, IE 5.x or below). You’re right! This is a regression, it used to work but it looks like I broke something recently… I’d rather not go with the UA-sniffing approach you suggested though. I’ll see what I can do.

This worked in v2.0.5, but broke in v2.0.6.

You're welcome. I am not sure the compatible depends on JQuery because according to JQuery front page, it shows only supports Firefox 3.6+.

Regarding this issue, I am not preferring to use prev() or next() functions that it may be the root cause of compatibility problem. I am checking if any other solutions may help like store the cloned element reference instead of use prev(), next() methods.
