Immo24 Notifier

This is a browser extension for Chromium based browsers (Vivaldi, Brave, Edge, Chrome…) to get notified, when new listings on immobilienscout24.de were posted.

Features

• reloads tabs every 10 seconds
• sends notifications when new listings appear
• works when tabs are in the background
• makes sure listing are sorted by latest
• only reloads search pages, not the pages of single listing
• previews the listing title in notifications
• clicking on a notification opens a new tab with the new listing

Visual improvements

• hides the map
• always shows 3 columns of listings

Installation

1. open the URL chrome://extensions in the browser address bar
2. enable developer mode in the top right corner
3. on GitHub download this repository by clicking on the green <> Code button and then on Download Zip
4. extract the zip on your computer to get the folder of the extension
5. drag and drop the folder onto the tab in your browser, that has chrome://extensions open
6. click on the extension icon in the toolbar of your browser
7. click the button in the popup window to test if your browser can send notifications
8. open one or more tabs with searches on immobilienscout24.de and get notified

Follow steps 4 to 9 of the installation process above again.
