Added a flag to enable access to WhatsApp Sandbox for Conversations API

I saw that you added information related sandbox in readme file. perfect but you can create an example class with using sandbox option (for example "startConversation") in the examples directory and I think it would be very useful for customers.

Done, added an example for start conversations with WhatsApp Sandbox enabled.
