1. Activate CmdPal.
2. Enter some text.

✔️ Expected Behavior

Each keystroke is registered with minimal latency.

❌ Actual Behavior

Keystrokes are registered with high latency. The input is registered in pieces/chunks.

Basically, the search box is not smooth when typing. "Latency" just sounds cool.
