[FancyZones] PowerToys crashes when dragging an elevated window

1. Run PowerToys as user
2. Turn FancyZones on
3. Drag an elevated window (e.g. Task Manager)

✔️ Expected result

A toast notification appears, telling the user that the window is elevated and what to do next, as it did in 0.19.

❌ Actual result

PowerToys crashes.

Same problem (i think) for me with "OpenHardwareMonitor.exe" (was working fine with Powertoys 0.18, for example).

It's better - there is no more crashes for me - but it's still not working like in 0.18.0

If i drag with shift+click a regular window (like windows explorer), FZ is working correctly (i have the preview boxes and i can have the window resized as expected).

If i do the same with a window like "Open Hardware Monitor (maybe indeed an "elevated window" ?) - no more crash, but i can't affect it to a FZ preview area (nothing happens / no display of FZ preview areas). This was working fine with 0.18 (i've never tryed 0.19.X).

to zone elevated windows, you need to run PowerToys as Administrator (using the option available in the General settings).
