Because of the non-standard text at the beginning of the license, it cannot be automatically recognized by tools such as Licensee.

I should point out it's slightly redundant to repeat the name of a project inside its own license file, when it's really adding nothing of insight for the reader... |

Because of the non-standard text at the beginning of the license, it
cannot be automatically recognized by tools such as Licensee.
With this change, the license should be displayed on the header of
the repository. It also makes it possible for repositories using this
repository as a submodule to automatically whitelist its license.
