Playground option to choose among recent, current, and nightly builds

It would be helpful to check specific cases if the playground allowed us to play around in different versions of typescript. Can that please be an option?

Also, it isn't obvious which version of typescript the current playground is even running.

Is the website source not open? If someone (like me) wanted to make a contribution to address a Website issue like this, where should they look?

Being able to pick the target JS version would also be nice.

There is a selector for the TS version now, but not for nightlies, so I'm going to move this to the TypeScript website repo.
