Actual behavior:
Complaint about a better inferred type, Ctrl + . offers no code actions.

Repro:

1. clone https://github.com/ioBroker/ioBroker.js-controller/tree/25a45b3
2. npm i --no-save typescript@next
3. open lib/setup.js, lines 2364..2370
4. Switch TS version to 3.3.0-dev....:
