In case of empty metadata in the application manifest (no PublisherUrl or PackageUrl), instead of
Learn morebutton redirecting them to https://github.com/microsoft/winget-pkgs, we can offer better navigation if we take them to the manifest folder within the repositoryReferences and relevant issues
Didn't see any for this, just thought it would be helpful if we can better redirect the user in these cases
