TitleBar has too much whitespace in collapsed mode

Describe the bug

There seems to be too much space in between the icon and the searchbox

Steps to reproduce the bug

1. Add content to the CenterContent
2. Resize the window

Expected behavior

The whitespace between the pane button icon should be equal to the whitespace between the icon and content:

This issue has been fixed in 1.8-stable
