Consider evaluating apipkg.initpkg (see py.xml)

xml is a submodule of py. https://py.readthedocs.io/en/latest/xml.html

It is unresolved since py.xml is not a module and rather is a list defined via apipkg.initpkg:

LS currently does not support declarative/custom module re-export since LS does not execute code. This is similar to #818.
