suggestion: just over hereby

Hi team,

Super excited about this initiative and the decision to go with Golang over Rust! I went through the codebase and noticed the use of hereby.

Curious about the choice—since Taskfiles are more native to the Go ecosystem, while just is a modern alternative to make. Would love to understand the reasoning behind this decision based on the project's requirements.

hereby is the same tool used by https://github.com/microsoft/TypeScript, with similar entrypoints. Given this is a project that targets JS, continuing to use some JS tools I think makes more sense than introducing Taskfiles, make, Rakefiles, etc.

The repo is fully usable using just go (go test and so on); we've made sure to keep that working. You can absolutely do that if you're more comfortable with that.
