Publish additional patch tags for Go containers #1171

Description
I would like to pin the Go version of my devcontainers at patch level (e.g. 1.17.3) rather than relying on the floating 1.17 only -- the same way I do on CI.
So, I would suggest publishing additional tags, like 1.17.2 and 1.17.3.
Relates to: Both
