Pacifica output tab is opened whenever Python debugging starts #81

Description
If the extension is installed, it opens the "Pacifica Simulator" output tab every time a debug session begins, and prints this:
Welcome to the Adafruit Simulator output tab !
This should only happen for Pacifica sessions, not for all Python debug sessions.
