TimeoutError: [Errno 110] when debugging python for the version 2020.369010

• OS and version: Ubuntu 16.04
• Python version (& distribution if applicable, e.g. Anaconda): 3.5 (no Anaconda)
• Type of virtual environment used (N/A | venv | virtualenv | conda | ...): N/A

Expected behaviour

The debugger is expected to running the py file normally

Actual behaviour

It's just a matter of version. That works pretty well with the version 2020.2.64397

When debugging , the output comes as the followings and sometimes may cause vscode crashing with no response:
