Create Environment artwork for Getting Started page

After shipping the Create Environment command, we would like to create artwork for it on the Getting Started page.

Here's what I see today + some clarifying questions:

• When do we show the new Create Environment step? Is it conditional (i.e. uses when clause to only show under ceratin conditions?)
• What are you hoping to convey at that step? Are there any UI pieces we could abstract like we did for the interpreter?

I am currently working on designing an experiment to include a Create Environment tile on the Getting Started page that will include a when clause to show when there is a workspace open otherwise it will default to the Select a Python Interpreter tile. This has not been released quite yet though.

My first thought was to convey the venv vs conda choices in the artwork but open to other ideas.

Were you thinking of this like in a quick pick like we do for the interpreter step? Or something instead that showcases the various environment logos?

The Create Environment tile should replace the Select Interpreter tile since an interpreter will be selected as part of the create environment process. Users will see one of the other depending on if a workspace is open or not.

Can we try "Venv" and "Conda" similar to how it shows on the dropdown?
