Implement auto imports

One of the few missing features is to have auto imports.

Something like what was just released in vscode 1.18 for javascript would be great.

IMO such auto import or import via"Show fixes" would be a feature of the year for python and vscode.

And it also doesn't look that difficult to implement, actually. At least here are the references and implementation in Atom, Sublime:
