VSCode Terminal Hangs when calling SSH command line from debugger

• VSCode Version: 1.44.2
• OS Version: Windows 10 1909

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Install PowerShell extension for VSCode
2. Create and run a PowerShell script, containing an SSH command

Does this issue occur when all extensions are disabled?: Impossible to test, as the debugger wouldn't be available unless the PowerShell extension is installed.

I get the same behaviour. The script runs ok using a standard PowerShell window.

Think this is due to the bug in ssh PowerShell/Win32-OpenSSH#1334, let's track it there.
