Build instructions are missing in the docs for StandardBytecodeGenerator

Contrary to what is implied in the remap docs, pydecipher/sbg doesn't exist in the Docker repository.

Edit: I've found the build instructions in bytecode_producer.py, maybe that should be mentioned in the documentation.
