Remove "Roblox" from Luau name references

Hi there, I'm Ariel from the Luau team! I noticed that throughout this project, you're referring to Luau as "Roblox Luau." I'd appreciate it a lot if you could remove "Roblox" from all of these mentions. We've never had a product named "Roblox Luau," and we put in a significant amount of effort to keep Luau as a product independent from Roblox. It's embedded in several other game engines at this point, and used by studios entirely unaffiliated with Roblox. Calling it "Roblox Luau" feels like referring to "PUC Rio Lua" and "Mike Pall LuaJIT." I could contribute a PR to make the code changes (all comments), but it's also in e.g. the repository description.
