feat(ui): remove api key handling and small ui adjustments

Description

This pull request removes the requirement for an API key across multiple files in the project. The changes include the removal of functions related to API key handling, updates to function calls, and adjustments to the UI to reflect these changes.

Key changes include:

Removal of API Key Handling:

• core/http/static/chat.js: Removed the submitKey function and all references to the API key in various functions, including submitPrompt, promptGPT, and event listeners. [1] [2] [3] [4] [5]
• core/http/static/image.js: Removed the submitKey function and API key references in genImage and promptDallE functions. [1] [2] [3]
• core/http/static/talk.js: Removed the submitKey function and API key references in sendAudioToWhisper, sendTextToChatGPT, and getTextToSpeechAudio functions. [1] [2] [3] [4]
• core/http/static/tts.js: Removed the submitKey function and API key references in genAudio and tts functions. [1] [2] [3] [4]

UI Adjustments:

• core/http/views/chat.html: Removed the API key input field and related functionality from the settings tab. [1] [2]
• core/http/views/talk.html: Removed the API key management header and related functionality.
• core/http/views/text2image.html: Adjusted the layout and removed the API key input field. [1] [2]
