First thing would be to break down the project into the css part and the js part. Then you could make react-material, angular-material, ember-material, etc. That would actually be useful to have a single material design like css base for all further implementations.

I think using ngReact is a pretty good option for using these components with angular. Also, there's good work being done on https://github.com/angular/material.
