This PR to add concurrency in FindMatches method. This improves processing times by parallelizing template match finds. According to our tests carried out on our environments in general, using half of the CPU cores, we obtain quite optimal results. Our lists of templates vary between 10 and 1000 images and execution times can sometimes be divided by 10.
