Description
Configuration class is friendly to spring boot configuration properties.
Specifications
In this change, add the FreeMarkerLanguageDriverConfig and add a new constructor on the FreeMarkerLanguageDriver for passing it.
About backward compatibility
This change keep the backward compatibility.

In this change, I add the commons-text as dependency artifact for supporting type-safe configuration properties.
