NOTE from refinement: need to move 4.0 and 4.1 tests to a protocol version that will be supported going forward. |
all tests which previously used 4.1 will stop working with the new drivers one the new handshake changes the ranges offered. This changes these tests to instead run bolt 4.2. 4.2 is identical to 4.1 except testkit accepts minor version ranges for it
