[Bug]: "Bar" charts have no sort option

Bug description

The bar type charts used to show top-n in various summary dashboard have no way to change the order. Why this makes sense for top-n use, the chart type can also be used for other charts, e.g. in custom dashboards.

Expected behavior

Provide a sort button, just like on the line chart type.

Steps to reproduce

1. Change the chart type of an existing chart to "bar".
2. Observe that there's no way to change the order.

Additional context

The current workaround is to change the chart type to one that does have sorting, change the sorting, and then change back.
