[Bug]: Chart value and mouse-over value do not match

Bug description

Looking at the system.io chart today I noticed that when the chart scales to 1 gigabyte per second and I mouse-over on part of the chart then the pop-up that appears contains a value of 0.
The chart value is definitely not zero and also the number on the bottom left shows a non-zero value.

Note that once the chart scales back down below 1 gigabyte then the behaviour is correct.

Expected behavior

The mouse-over pop-up should always match the metric in the chart that that is being highlighted and should always match the balues in the bottom-left
