ingress2gateway: Convert Custom NGINX Ingress Controller Objects to NGF Configuration

As a cluster operator
I want to be able to migrate from Ingress Resources in NIC to NGF
So that I can more easily convert my NIC deployments in my cluster to NGF.

Acceptance Criteria

• Plan and document how the VirtualServer, VirtualServerRoute and TransportServer will be converted to NGF resources
• Provide conversion support by reading both from file and cluster
• Unit tests
• Added documentation (Readme) on resources currently supported
• PR in ingress2gateway repo

Adding this issue to request clarification from the ingress2gateway team on how to handle provider-specific annotations that don’t translate directly into the Gateway API spec.
